Gicoxin Insurance Consultancy (“we,” “our,” “us”) provides independent insurance advisory services. By using our services, you agree to the terms outlined in this Returns & Refunds Policy.

1. Advisory Services

Our services include providing guidance, comparisons, and information on auto, car, and vehicle insurance options. We do not sell, underwrite, or issue insurance policies. All final policy purchases are made directly with licensed insurance providers.

2. Refund Eligibility

Due to the nature of our advisory services, we generally do not offer refunds once consultation, advice, or information has been delivered. Refunds may only be considered in the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate payments or billing errors.

  • Services that were not provided at all due to internal error.

All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to info@gicoxininsure.com within 7 business days of the service being provided.

3. Refund Process

If your refund request is approved:

  1. We will notify you via email of the approval.

  2. Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original payment.

  3. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
